Mladen, born in the vibrant heart of Belgrade, Serbia, has rocked nearly 16 years of awesomeness in both the hospitality and IT worlds. His love for all things hospitality took root when he signed up for the famed Hospitality School in Belgrade—the start of a wild, passion-fueled journey. To top it off, he grabbed a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality from Singidunum University, sealing the deal on his expert status.

Mladen kicked off his career in some of Belgrade’s top-tier restaurants, where he sharpened his skills and learned what it really takes to dish out next-level service. But staying local wasn’t enough for this go-getter. He took his talents to the high seas, working for industry giants like Scylla and Viking. Here, he soaked up the fast-paced world of luxury service and mastered the art of managing crowds with style—all while leading like a boss.

Next stop: Moscow. Mladen joined one of the city’s most prestigious restaurants, leveling up his game and getting a crash course in managing diverse teams and serving up unforgettable dining experiences in one of the world’s most competitive food scenes.

Not one to settle, Mladen returned to the cruise ship circuit, scaling the ladder to top managerial roles. From running complex operations to rallying his team, he became the go-to guy for hospitality leadership.

Mladen's passion extended far beyond hospitality. He dove into the IT industry, starting from the ground up and working his way to the position of consultant at one of Serbia's leading IT companies. This dual career path showcased his adaptability and relentless work ethic.

Fueled by his boundless creativity and unquenchable thirst for the next big thing, Mladen launched his own venture. With HQ in the glitzy city of Dubai, his company is all about rolling out innovative restaurant concepts and top-notch consulting services for the Middle East and Asia. Armed with 16+ years of experience in hospitality and IT, Mladen is on a mission to shake up the dining scene with fresh ideas and a relentless commitment to excellence.

After relocating to Moscow at a young age, she grew up immersed in a vibrant cultural milieu and graduated from the prestigious Moscow State Linguistic University. Her academic pursuits then took her to Barcelona, where she earned a Master’s degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and spent eight transformative years honing her expertise.

Masha’s career is a testament to her exceptional versatility and global perspective. She has collaborated with industry giants like PepsiCo, Porsche, and Castrol, consistently delivering projects with unmatched precision and creativity. A true project guru, Masha seamlessly integrates her linguistic prowess, international experience, and mastery of project management, content creation, and social media strategy. Her ability to craft innovative, engaging, and result-driven social media campaigns has established her as a sought-after expert in the digital space.

Stefan, the founder and general manager of FNB Smart Solutions, hails from Belgrade, Serbia. His journey into the world of hospitality began at an impressively young age when he enrolled in the prestigious Belgrade Hospitality School (UTS). This early start fueled his lifelong passion for the industry and laid a solid foundation for his career.

Stefan’s dedication led him to earn a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, equipping him with the academic tools to complement his hands-on experience. His career, marked by a strong international presence, has seen him collaborate with top-tier hotel chains and spearhead the launch of notable dining venues across Serbia, Russia, and the Middle East. To date, Stefan has been instrumental in the successful opening of over 10 restaurant concepts, spanning a spectrum from quick-service regional spots to high-end wine bars. One of his standout projects is the acclaimed 25h One Central Hotel Dubai and Vida Creek Beach Hotel in Dubai, which remains a testament to his expertise and continues to flourish.
